REGISTRATION IS NOW ONLINE!

Take advantage of the convenience of online registration! Getting started is easy.

  • Visit our online registration page>>. If you haven’t already, you will need to create an account.
  • If a program is open for registrations, it will appear under the “Programs” section.
  • Select the program for which you wish to register, and complete the required information.
  • Checkout (you are not finished until prompted to pay and will receive a confirmation e-mail when finished)
  • That’s it!

YOUTH SOCCER

    • Season: Spring
    • Divisions: Pre-K – Kindergarten; 1st-3rd grade; and 4th-6th grade (PreK players must be 4 years old)
    • Practices: Start in mid-March. Coaches will contact players with practice and game schedules.
    • Games: Teams will play a 6-game schedule on Monday and/or Thursday evenings starting in late March.
    • Fees: Vary by age and signup date. Check the registration portal for fees.
    • Registration: Check the online registration website to see if registrations are being accepted. If so, the program will appear under “Programs”.

YOUTH BASEBALL

    • Season: Summer
    • Divisions: T-Ball: 4-6 yr olds | Machine Pitch: 7-9 yr olds | Kid Pitch: 10-12 yr olds (T-Ball players must be 4 years old)
    • Practices: Start in mid-May, Kid Pitch teams may begin earlier. Coaches will contact players with practice info.
    • Games: T-Ball & Machine Pitch games will be played on Monday & Wednesdays. Kid-Pitch games will be played on Monday & Thursday or as determined by the league.
    • Fees: Vary by age and signup date. Check the registration portal for fees.
    • Registration: Check the online registration website to see if registrations are still being accepted. If so, the program will appear under “Programs”.
    • Volunteer coaches are always needed to help our programs run successfully. Team sponsorships are always welcome as well! Contact Patrick Hayes (contact info at the bottom of this page) if interested.

YOUTH SOFTBALL

    • Season: Summer
    • Divisions: T-Ball: 4-6 yr olds | Coach Pitch: 7-8 yr olds | Fast Pitch: 9-10 yr olds & 11-12 yr olds (T-Ball players must be 4 years old)
    • Practices: Start in mid-May, Fast Pitch teams may begin earlier. Coaches will contact players with practice info.
    • Games: T-Ball & Coach Pitch games will be played on Monday & Wednesdays. Fast Pitch games will be played on Monday & Wednesday or as determined by the league.
    • Fees: Vary by age and signup date. Check the registration portal for fees.
    • Registration: Check the online registration website to see if registrations are still being accepted. If so, the program will appear under “Programs”.
    • Volunteer coaches are always needed to help our programs run successfully. Team sponsorships are always welcome as well!

YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL

    • Season: Fall
    • Divisions: Grades 1st-2nd & 3rd-4th. Determined by player’s grade entering the school year.
    • Practices: Start the mid-August.  Coaches will select practice day, time, and location and will contact players with practice information.
    • Games: Start in September. Games are played on Saturday mornings/afternoons.
    • Fees: Vary by age and signup date. Check the registration portal for fees.
    • Registration: Check the online registration website to see if registrations are still being accepted. If so, the program will appear under “Programs”.

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL

    • Season: Fall
    • Divisions: 2nd – 3rd graders (5-6 week clinic setting, fundamentals of volleyball); 4th– 6th graders (practices and matches against opposing teams). Determined by player’s grade entering the school year.
    • Practices: 2nd-3rd grade clinic will begin in September and are held on Sundays. 4th-6th practices begin mid-August.  Coaches select practice day, time, and location and will contact players with practice information.
    • Games: 4th-6th grade league games begin in September.  Games will be played on Sunday afternoons at the CCCHS District Gym.
    • Fees: Vary by age and signup date. Check the registration portal for fees.
    • Registration: Check the online registration website to see if registrations are still being accepted. If so, the program will appear under “Programs”.

ADULT CO-ED VOLLEYBALL

    • Season: Winter
    • Divisions: Co-ed only, must have a minimum 2 guys and 2 girls (playing with less will not be permitted). Must be 18 years old by the start date to play in the league.
    • Games: Begin in January and are played on Sunday afternoons starting at 1pm at the CCCHS District Gym. Practice time is not provided.
    • Fees: $150 per team
    • Registration: Check the online registration website to see if registrations are still being accepted. If so, the program will appear under “Programs”.

Practice Time Requests & Ball Field Reservations

  • Does your Clay Center baseball/softball team need a field to practice on?  CCPRD will allow non-city recreation affiliated teams to use city fields for practice at no charge.  Simply fill out our practice time request form then e-mail it to cityparkdept@claycenterks.comWe’ll do our best to accommodate your requests in a timely manner.  Practice requests will only be honored until the start of CCPRD baseball/softball program.
  • Is your baseball/softball team or organization looking to host games or tournaments in Clay Center?  CCPRD will allow non-city recreation affiliated teams/organizations to rent city fields for games and tournaments for a minimal fee.  Simply fill out our ball field facility reservation form and return it to City Hall with your payment.  We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability of the fields or facility your request.

Safari Run Pickets at Dexter Park

  • Leave a lasting memory at Dexter Park! Purchase a fence picket and honor or remember that special person, promote your business or just to recognize your support for the park. We are currently accepting orders. Picket orders will be placed 3 times a year, March, July, and October. Order forms can be returned to City Hall prior to the end of these 3 months.
